Ask the AI
The AI agent in your project can often help resolve issues:
"Something isn't working with [feature]. Can you investigate and fix it?"
"I'm getting an error when I [action]. Can you help?"
The AI can diagnose and fix many issues faster than external support.
Contact support
If you need human assistance:
- Email: Contact us through the Help menu in the app
- In-app help: Click the help icon in the sidebar
When contacting support, include:
- What you were trying to do — Describe the task or feature you were working on
- What happened — Describe the unexpected behavior
- What you expected — Describe what should have happened
- Screenshots — If applicable, include screenshots showing the issue
- Project details — The project name and workspace
Response times
Response times depend on the nature of the issue and your plan:

Bug reports
If you've found a bug:
- Note the steps to reproduce the issue.
- Take a screenshot or record the behavior.
- Report it through the Help menu with as much detail as possible.
