Sharing Projects

Shogo gives you control over who can see and interact with your projects. You can keep projects private, share them with your team, or make them accessible to anyone.

Project visibility

Every project has a visibility setting that controls who can access it within the workspace:

  • Private — Only you can see the project
  • Workspace — All members of your workspace can see and access the project
note

Project visibility controls who can access and configure the agent within the workspace.

Sharing with your team

When a project's visibility is set to Workspace, all members can:

  • View the agent on the dashboard
  • Open the agent workspace
  • Send messages in the chat
  • View the canvas and history

To change project visibility:

  1. Open the project.
  2. Go to Project Settings (gear icon).
  3. Under Visibility, choose your preferred setting.

Starring projects

You can star your favorite projects for quick access:

  1. Find the project on your dashboard.
  2. Click the Star icon on the project card.
  3. Access all starred projects from the Starred section in the sidebar.

Starring is personal — it doesn't affect other workspace members.

Finding projects

Your dashboard provides several ways to find projects:

  • All Projects — Browse everything in your workspace
  • Starred — Your favorited projects
  • Shared — Projects shared with you
  • Search — Use the search bar to find projects by name
  • Folders — Organize projects into folders for better organization

Organizing with folders

Keep your workspace tidy by grouping related projects into folders:

  1. Go to your dashboard.
  2. Create a new folder.
  3. Drag projects into folders, or move them via the project menu.

Folders are visible to all workspace members.

FAQ

Can people outside my workspace see my agents? No. Agent access is limited to workspace members.

Can I prevent specific members from seeing an agent? Currently, project visibility is either private (only you) or workspace-wide (all members). Fine-grained permissions per member are not yet available.
