Shogo 2.4

Shogo Team
Shogo AI

In 2.4, huddles take their own notes, and you can bring your agent into the call by saying "hey Shogo". You can publish to your social accounts without leaving Shogo. Agents are easier to follow and to steer while they work, and your workspaces move with you between computers and the cloud.

Huddles that take notes

  • Group calls. Huddles hold more than two people, with a call window you can move, reactions, polls, and a chat for the call.
  • Notes on by default. A huddle writes a transcript that shows who said what. When it ends, a summary goes into the call's chat. Anyone in the call can turn notes off.
  • Live captions. Turn on captions to read along as people talk.
  • "Hey Shogo." Say it in a call and your workspace agent hears the last minute of the conversation and answers in the call's chat.
  • Sounds. Choose your message notification tone. New message and ring sounds work the way they do in Slack.
  • Private links. A public huddle link no longer shows the email of the person who started the call.

Publish to social from Shogo

  • Connect your accounts. Turn on Social management in a workspace's settings, then link Instagram, TikTok and your other social accounts.
  • Publish everywhere at once. Post to several accounts in one go, or let an agent do it for you.
  • One inbox. Read and answer comments and DMs from every connected account in one place.
  • Comment to DM. Send an automatic DM to anyone who comments a keyword on your post.
  • Analytics. See how each post performs.

Agents that keep moving

  • One chat mode. Plan and Ask modes are gone. Every message goes to the agent, and you can still ask it to plan before it builds.
  • A dock for running agents. Running agents sit above the composer with their current step and a Stop button, so they don't scroll away while the thread moves.
  • Send now. A message waiting in the queue can be sent straight away or removed. Each workspace shows how many agent replies can run at once and which ones are waiting.
  • Longer runs, fewer loops. An agent can take up to 100 turns in a thread before it pauses. If it repeats the same call 10 times, it stops and tells you.
  • Better with images and files. Attachments upload before the turn starts, models that can't read images get a description of them, and an image the model refuses no longer breaks the conversation.
  • Big conversations stay on track. Long contexts are summarized between tool calls, and you can see when it happens.
  • New tools. Agents can list the models you can use, generate 3D models with Tripo, and use more image and video models, with Higgsfield as the default. A new Video Editor project type previews and renders MP4s.
  • Agent packs. Install a ready-made agent team from the Marketplace, with its channels, boards and schedules. There are 13 packs to start with.
  • Personal vs Team. The Personal workspace now says it doesn't build apps and sends you to your Team workspace, instead of starting a build it can't finish.

Your workspace, anywhere

  • Export and import. Export a whole workspace, including its projects, chats and settings, as one file and import it somewhere else.
  • Several local workspaces. On desktop, create, switch, rename and delete as many local workspaces as you want.
  • Your computer's workspaces in the cloud. Open the workspaces on your own computer from Shogo on the web. Only you can see them, and the cloud keeps a synced copy.
  • Invitations. Invitations you've received show up in the workspace switcher and in your notifications.
  • See where agent time goes. Analytics → Heartbeats shows every agent's heartbeat and what it costs. Admins can see what each member worked on and export it.

A smoother IDE

  • Drop anything. Drop files and whole folders from your computer anywhere in the IDE.
  • PDFs. PDFs preview inside the IDE.
  • Faster imports. Importing a .shogo file happens in one step. New projects show the composer straight away.
  • Faster cloud projects. Cloud projects start on their source right away and load git history in the background.

Also in this release

  • Chat. Type # to link a channel. The timeline is divided by day. Click a name or photo to open a profile. Hover a reaction to see who reacted. A shared message link shows as a quote. File links open in the app's side panel, and media plays and markdown renders in the file view.
  • Voice. Dictate with the mic, or record a voice note from the clip button.
  • Desktop. Restarting for an update, or quitting, waits until your agents are idle. On Windows, files with reserved names no longer stop a sync.
  • Mobile. Back works the way you expect on phones, Home scrolls smoothly with many chats, and the app remembers the workspace you picked.
  • New accounts. New cloud accounts get $10 of credit to try Shogo, and Basic, Pro and Business come with a 7-day free trial.

Changed

  • Full autonomy means full autonomy. In the Full autonomy permission mode, agents are no longer blocked from any command or file path. Pick a different permission mode if you want those guardrails.
  • Plan and Ask modes were removed (see above).

Fixed

  • Agent replies no longer disappear or get replaced when you switch chats or a new turn starts.
  • A finished background task reports once instead of repeating.
  • Typed text in the memory editor is no longer overwritten while you type.
  • Live replies update mid-turn instead of only between steps.
  • Markdown tables and code blocks in chat scroll again.
  • Chat image previews fit the image and the pane.
  • The selected chat stays in the page URL.
  • File paths inside code blocks are no longer turned into links.
  • Deleting a workspace or project removes its task logs, and deleting a project takes down its published site.
